Wonderful Hotel, Slight Hiccup

The breakfast included many options that were fresh. Staff at breakfast were wonderful. I did get fast help with extra coffee and towels. Reception was very nice. The receptionist immediately addressed check-in shortcomings. Checkout process only took a few moments.
The hotel gave me code access to the hotel door, but it did not arrive until three hours before my arrival. I was little worried about ability to enter the building.

The staff displayed friendliness and were eager to help. The team provided immediate attention to issues. Staff addressed shortcomings quickly. Some receptionists were very friendly.
